Fort has advised LHV Pank on the acquisition of a Danske Bank unit consisting of a loan portfolio of Estonian private clients worth approximately EUR 470 million.
Estonia's Competition Authority must give its permission before the transaction is finalized in autumn. The final scope and price of the transaction will also be determined in that period.
