Zepos & Yannopoulos has advised Eurobank on the bond loan facilities extended to companies ultimately co-controlled by Olympia Group as part of Project Unity, a financing arrangement supporting the acquisition of Entersoft.
According to Zepos & Yannopoulos, Entersoft – a business software and services provider in Southeast Europe and the Middle East – was formerly listed on the Athens Exchange. The financing facilities were used, among other purposes, to refinance a bridge loan drawn for the acquisition of Entersoft’s shares.
The Zepos & Yannopoulos team included Partner Paris Tzoumas, Senior Associate Magda Tsatsi, and Associates Tina Sofianou and Katerina Chalka.
Zepos & Yannopoulos did not respond to our inquiry on the matter.
