Oppenheim has advised Generali Biztosito on its sale of its minority stake in Fundamenta Lakaskassza to MBH Bank. DLA Piper advised MBH Bank.

The transaction remains contingent on regulatory approval.

Generali Biztosito is an insurance company.

MBH Bank is a private a banking company in Hungary.
