Former Eversheds Sutherland Partner Carolina Baloleanu has joined Nyerges & Partners in Bucharest as a Counsel to advise on banking/finance and M&A matters.
According to Nyerges & Partners, Baloleanu has been advising clients in the banking and finance sector for more than 12 years and is also highly experienced in M&A transactions. Before joining her new team, Baloleanu spent the past 12 years with Eversheds Sutherland, having joined in 2011 and departing in 2023 as a Partner.
