RTPR, working with A&O Shearman, has advised Wolt on its acquisition of fast delivery platform Tazz from eMAG Group. Filip & Company advised eMAG.
The transaction remains contingent on regulatory approval.
Wolt is a Finnish local commerce company owned by US-based DoorDash. Together, they operate in over 30 countries – in 28 of which operating under the Wolt brand.
eMAG is an online commerce company.
