Egemenoglu has advised on the sale of Profesyonel Personel Hizmetleri Ticaret Anonim Sirketi to Global Energy Services Alliance. Aydin & Aydin reportedly advised the buyers.
According to Egemenoglu, Proper is a Turkish energy company operating under the Profesyonel Personel Hizmetleri trade name. The acquisition represents Global Energy Services Alliance’s entry into the Turkish energy sector.
The Egemenoglu team included Partner Efra Aydin Can and Associates Buse Yonat and Buse Ozdamar.
