RTPR has advised IPS Solutions on its acquisition of a majority stake in Romania's Avaelgo. LC Legal Proof advised Avaelgo founder and owner Mihai Tataran on the sale.
Avaelgo is a Romanian IT services company founded in 2006 and based in Timisoara, Romania. It provides a full range of tech solutions & managed services, including advisory, custom software development, tech support, and training.
The IPS Solutions Group is a European software market company offering consultancy in technology, digital solutions, and cloud services.
"Romanian technology companies continue to attract the interest of international investors," RTPR Managing Associate Andrei Tosa commented.
