DLA Piper has advised the TMF Group on its acquisition of Contexpert, an accounting, inventory, taxation, and payroll services specialist in Romania.
The TMF Group is a provider of compliance and administrative services.
According to DLA Piper, “the transaction is the latest in a series of deals and marks a step forward in TMF Group’s further expansion into the southeastern European market, as well as a consolidation of its position of leadership in the accounting, tax compliance, and HR/payroll services local market.”
The DLA Piper team included Country Managing Partner Marian Dinu, Counsel Cristina Bucur, Senior Associate Sandra Cahu, and Associate Noemi Popa.
DLA Piper could not provide additional information on the matter.
