Filip & Company has advised Simtel Team S.A. on the transfer of its shares to the Main Market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
Simtel Team is a Romanian engineering and technology company. According to the firm, the company has been listed on the AeRO market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange since July 2021.
The Filip & Company team was coordinated by Partner Olga Nita and included Partner Alexandru Birsan, Senior Associate Roxana Diaconu, and Associate Lavinia Cazacu.
