Clifford Chance has advised Banca Comerciala Romana on the EUR 18.5 million financing agreement to support Alerion Clean Power's development of a 34.69-megawatt solar power plant in Calarasi County, Romania.
According to Clifford Chance, the renewable energy project is being developed by a local company owned by Italy’s Alerion Clean Power Group, a prominent player in the European green energy market.
The Clifford Chance team included Partner Andreea Sisman, Senior Associate Oana Ionascu, and Associate Martha Busuiocescu.
