Schoenherr has advised the Hungarian subsidiary of Bonduelle on its lease agreement with GTC for their new office in Budapest.
GTC is a real estate investor and developer in the CEE and SEE regions.
Bonduelle is a plant-based food company. According to Schoenherr, "the new office is in Center Point II, an A-category office building with a GLA around 22,500 square meters on the Vaci Corridor, one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest."
