MMD Advokati has advised Sanders SH on the sale of its industrial complex to Sano's subsidiary in Serbia. NKO Partners advised the buyer, Sano Group.
Sanders SH is a Serbian subsidiary of the Avril Group, an agro-industry and sustainable solutions producer.
Sano operates in more than 35 countries, employs nearly 2,000 people, and specializes in animal nutrition solutions.
