NKO Partners has advised Sopharma on its full acquisition of Pharmanova. Radovanovic Stojanovic & Partners advised Pharmanova.
According to NKO Partners, the Bulgarian pharmaceuticals giant Sopharma has successfully acquired the remaining 25% of the shares in Pharmanova, making Sopharma the sole 100% shareholder.
NKO Partners and Radovanovic Stojanovic & Partners advised on Sopharma's acquisition of a 50% in Pharmanova in 2024 (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on August 28, 2024) as well as on the initial acquisition of a 25% stake in 2023 (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on November 10, 2023).
