Lambadarios has advised the International Schools Partnership on its acquisition of Ellinogermaniki Agogi.
International Schools Partnership is a group of private international schools operating in more than 25 markets.
Ellinogermaniki Agogi is a Greek private school.
According to Lambadarios, the acquisition marks a significant milestone for ISP, enhancing its international portfolio. Ellinogermaniki Agogi is known for its academic excellence and innovative approach to education, making it a valuable addition to ISP’s network of schools.
The Lambadarios team included Managing Partner Constantinos Lambadarios, Partners Melina Katsimi and Lefkothea Nteka, Counsel Sophia Alonistioti, Senior Associates Efi Armata and Anna Gkogka, and Associates Virginia Kyrlakitsi and Andrew Tsilimparis.
