Sorainen has advised Entrum on its EUR 15 million bond issue program, which saw its first tranche raise EUR 2.5 million from investors.
Signet Bank was the issue organizer.
Entrum is a real estate investment company in the Baltics.
According to Sorainen, the funds raised in this initial private offering will be used to expand Entrum’s rental residential property portfolio across Latvia and the broader Baltic region.
The Sorainen team included Partner Ramona Miglane, Of Counsel Martins Rudzitis, and Counsel Inese Heinacka.
