Linklaters has advised NREP on its acquisition of more than 1,000 new-built units in Warsaw from YIT. Domanski Zakrzewski Palinka advised the seller on the deal.
According to Linklaters, NREP is a Nordic real estate investor managing assets worth more than EUR 10 billion and this was its first investment into the Polish private rented sector. The company plans to deliver 10,000 modern homes in major Polish cities by 2025.
YIT is a Finnish urban developer and construction company active in Northern Europe.
