Linklaters and DWF Advise on Iberdrola's Acquisition of Wind and Solar Projects in Poland

Linklaters has advised Iberdrola on acquiring a 98-megawatt portfolio of wind and solar projects in Poland from Augusta Energy. DWF advised Augusta Energy, a joint venture between GreenVolt subsidiary V-ridium Power Group and KGAL.

Iberdrola is a renewable energy company.

According to Linklaters, “the transaction comprises two wind farms with a combined capacity of 50 megawatts and six solar plants totaling 48 megawatts. All projects are currently under construction and are part of a 15-year power purchase agreement entered with T-Mobile Polska. The projects are expected to be commissioned in 2023.”
