Former Attorneys-at-Law Sandra Szybak-Bizacka and Marcin Szlasa-Rokicki and Advocate Bartosz Tomanek have been promoted to Partner with PCS Paruch Chrusciel Schiffter Stepien Kanclerz.
Specializing in labor law, Szybak-Bizacka has been with the firm since 2020, where she heads the Compensation & Benefits team. Previously, she was a Lawyer with Raczkowski Paruch from 2016 to 2019. Earlier still, she was a Lawyer with Bagier-Kowalik, Maczka, and Partners, from 2012 to 2016.
Szlasa-Rokicki has expertise in litigation and disputes and has been with the firm since 2020, having first joined as a Senior Associate. He also leads the firm’s Litigation team. Earlier, he worked at Laszczuk & Partners as an Associate in 2018, and as a Senior Associate from 2018 to 2020. Before that, he was at Bird & Bird as a Junior Associate, from 2016 to 2017, and as an Associate from 2017 to 2018. Between 2015 and 2016 he was a Lawyer with K&L Gates.
Tomanek specializes in labor law and has been with the firm since 2021, having first joined as a Senior Lawyer. He heads the firm’s Gdansk office. From 2019 to 2021, he was a Senior Associate with SSW Pragmatic Solutions. Prior to that, Tomanek worked at Dentons – first as a Junior Associate, from 2016 to 2018, then as an Associate, from 2018 to 2019. He was also a Junior Associate with PwC Legal, from 2015 to 2016, and a Lawyer with the Tomczak & Partners Law Office in 2015.
