Dentons Advises Exus Renewables on Acquisition of 53-Megawatt Wind Farm Portfolio in Poland

Dentons has advised Exus Renewables on establishing business operations in Poland and the acquisition of a 53-megawatt wind farm portfolio.

According to Dentons, “located in west-central Poland, the 30-megawatt and 23-megawatt wind farms are currently under construction and are expected to be operational in 2025. The projects will have an additional 65 megawatts of photovoltaic capacity through cable pooling, which is also under development.”

Exus Renewables is a renewable energy company. It manages 6 gigawatts of renewable assets across Europe.
