JDP has promoted former Counsels Joanna Ostojska-Kolodziej and Mariusz Nowakowski to Partners.
Ostojska-Kolodziej joined JDP in 2021 as the head of its employment team. Earlier, she worked for Kochanski & Partners as a Senior Attorney at Law between 2016 and 2019 and as a Counsel between 2019 and 2021. Earlier still, she worked for Tomczak & Partners between 2009 and 2016.
Nowakowski has been a part of JDP's litigation and arbitration team and infrastructure team since 2012 when he joined the firm as a Senior Associate. In 2017, Nowakowski left to join SSW Pragmatic Solutions as a Senior Associate where he stayed until 2018, following which he re-joined JDP as a Counsel.
