Gide and Dabrowski & Partners have advised Redkom Development on a forward funding transaction with Newgate Investment concerning the development of a retail park in Bydgoszcz, Poland. KNP reportedly advised Newgate Investment.
According to Gide, the deal involves Newgate Investment stepping in as both the financing partner and the future landlord of the retail park. The project is set to be developed on the site of the former Glinki shopping center and will comprise approximately 18,000 square meters of gross leasable area. Carrefour has been confirmed as the anchor food operator for the development. The first phase of the park is slated for completion and opening in the first quarter of 2026.
