CK Legal Chabasiewicz Kowalska has advised PragmaGO on the issuance of PLN 50 million worth of series D4 bonds, as part of the company’s fifth Public Bond Issuance Program.
PragmaGO is a Polish non-bank financial institution, with Polish Enterprise Funds, managed by Enterprise Investors, as its strategic investor.
According to CK Legal, initially, the offer was set at PLN 40 million, but following strong investor demand, the issuance was increased to PLN 50 million. The offer, structured for both individual and institutional investors, saw a 2.79% proportional subscription reduction.
The CK Legal team included Founding Partner Wojciech Chabasiewicz and Head of Capital Markets Anita Gwozdz.
