Gessel Advises ArKa Foundation on Sale of Med-Gastr to Tar Heel Capital

Gessel has advised the ArKa family foundation on the sale of a 75% stake in Centrum Medyczne Med-Gastr to Tar Heel Capital. Sobczynscy i Partnerzy reportedly advised Tar Heel Capital.

According to Gessel, the transaction marks ArKa’s exit from the specialized healthcare provider, while ensuring the continuity and expansion of the business under new ownership. The deal is expected to have a positive impact on early-stage colorectal oncology diagnostics, with Tar Heel Capital bringing both sectoral experience and growth-focused funding.
