DLP Duch / Lisicki & Partners has advised Peakside Capital Advisors and Octane Capital Partners on their joint acquisition of two urban logistics parks in Warsaw – the Panattoni Park Warsaw Janki IV and the Panattoni Park Warsaw City V Targowek. SKJB Szybkowski Kuzma Jelen Brzoza-Ostrowska reportedly advised the sellers.
