Filip & Company has advised Prosus Group member OLX Global, a shareholder in the company operating OLX Romania, on the sale of Kiwi Finance to Partners Financial Services.

Kiwi Finance is a Romanian real estate credit broker.

Partners Financial Services operates in the Czech Republic’s financial services sector.

The Filip & Company team included Partner Alina Stancu Birsan, Counsels Rebecca Georgiana Marina and Andreea Banica, and Associates Raluca Bita and Paola Nardelli.
