CCAO and Ozbek Advise on Ates Wind Power's Sale to Turkiye Green Fund

CCAO has advised Ates Wind Power and its shareholders on the sale of a stake in the company to the Turkiye Green Fund. Ozbek advised the Turkiye Green Fund.

According to CCAO, the Turkiye Green Fund is the first venture capital initiative in Turkiye focused on emission reduction and inclusive transformation, established by TSKB with the support of the World Bank, through the Clean Energy VCIF and Atlas Growth Capital VCIF, both managed by Is Enerji and Maxis Venture Capital.

The CCAO team included Partner Halide Cetinkaya, Senior Associate Onur Gorkem Koksal, and Associates Berfin Sena Aras and Baver Ataoglu.

The Ozbek team included Partners Atahan Sevimli and Alp Cal, Managing Associate Ece Ersoy, Senior Associate Hakan Gundes, and Associate Simay Yetimoglu.
