Ilyashev & Partners has advised the Estonian Centre for International Development on the registration and legal implementation of an international technical assistance project in Ukraine, aimed at constructing a modern family-type orphanage in the Zhytomyr region.
According to Ilyashev & Partners, the project, fully financed by ESTDEV and valued at EUR 700,000, includes the design and construction of a residential facility for up to eight children deprived of parental care, along with a bomb shelter, utilities infrastructure, furnishings, equipment, and landscaping. Completion is expected by December 2025.
