Wolf Theiss, working with Maqs Advokatbyra, has advised New Wave Group on the acquisition of Cotton Classics Handels.

New Wave Group is a Swedish company focused on branded corporate promo and home furnishing products.

Cotton Classics Handels is an Austrian textile wholesaler.

According to Wolf Theiss, the EUR 47.6 million deal strengthens New Wave Group’s footprint across Central and Eastern Europe, including in the Czech Republic, where Cotton Classics is among the largest players in its segment.
