Oliver Koppany will be joining Jalsovszky as Foreign Legal Counsel from September, focusing on US-Hungarian business connections. Oliver brings extensive experience in assisting companies with their international operations, particularly in technology, life sciences, and real estate. Having worked with acquisition teams on M&A projects and the setup of Hungarian operations, he has played a key role in representing US entities in Hungary and across Europe.
