Dorda has advised Emmi AI on a EUR 15 million seed financing round led by 3VC, Speedinvest, Serena, and PUSH, alongside a syndicate of other venture capital investors. Oberhammer advised Emmi AI shareholder NXAI. Brandl Talos advised investors 3VC, Speedinvest, Serena and PUSH.
According to Dorda, Emmi AI, founded in Linz in 2024, develops AI-supported simulation models that dramatically accelerate complex technical processes in fluid dynamics, multiphysics, and solid mechanics. The capital injection will enable Emmi AI to scale its real-time simulation platform and expand its team to meet growing global demand across industrial sectors.
Moreover, according to Oberhammer, Emmi AI is a spin-out of NXAI's AI4Simulation research group.
