The Biogena Group is an Austrian developer and distributor of health and nutrition products.
In 2023, Herbst Kinsky advised Biogena on a crowd investment via Rockets Investments (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on July 11, 2023). Earlier, in 2021, the firm advised Biogena Group Invest on a capital increase (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on April 23, 2021). Earlier still, in 2020, Herbst Kinsky advised the group on the initial public offering of its shares and their listing on the Vienna Stock Exchange (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on December 15, 2020).
