Wolf Theiss, working with Wiersholm, has advised the Schibsted group on the separation of its business into two companies – Schibsted Media and Schibsted Marketplaces.
The Schibsted group is a media and marketplace capital group.
According to Wolf Theiss, following the division, “Schibsted Media, now fully owned by Tinius Trust through Blommenholm Industrier, acquired Schibsted Group’s news media operations and will continue to deliver trustworthy journalism through brands such as VG, Aftonbladet, Aftenposten, and Svenska Dagbladet.”
The Wolf Theiss team included Partner Izabela Zielinska-Barlozek, Senior Associates Katarzyna Jaroszynska-Lewandowska and Pawel Szumowski, and Associate Jan Kazmierczak.
