Anagnostopoulos has successfully represented a former director of Werfen Hellas before the Athens Criminal Court, which cleared the defendant of healthcare fraud charges related to product pricing practices for healthcare organizations.
According to Anagnostopoulos, the case centered on allegations derived from a report by the Hellenic Financial Intelligence Unit, suggesting irregularities in the company’s pricing mechanisms. On June 11, 2025, the Court issued a full acquittal, concluding that the pricing practices were in full compliance with the applicable regulatory framework.
