Nyerges & Partners has advised Shikun & Binui Energy on a EUR 49 million loan from Raiffeisen Bank International AG for their second Romanian investment – a 101-megawatt photovoltaic facility located in Simleu Silvaniei. CMS reportedly advised Raiffeisen Bank.

Shikun & Binui Energy is an Israeli energy company.

In 2023, Nyerges & Partners advised Shikun & Binui Energy on a 101-megawatt EPC agreement with CJR Renewables (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on December 20, 2023), as well as on a EUR 40.5 million PV project financing from Raiffeisen Bank (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on March 17, 2023), and on another engineering, procurement, and construction agreement with CJR Renewables, for the development of a 69.5 megawatt-peak project in Satu Mare, Romania (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on March 8, 2023).
