Promat Comimpex is an agriculture company controlled by the Ameropa Group.
In 2022, Kinstellar advised Promat Comimpex on its full sale to Ameropa Group (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on January 27, 2022), which followed Ameropa Group’s 2018 acquisition of 40% of Promat Comimpex (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on June 21, 2018).
