Zepos & Yannopoulos has advised France-based Kersia Group on its acquisition of a majority stake in Greece-based Ikochimiki.
Ikochimiki is active in the food industry and food service sectors. According to Zepos & Yannopoulos, the acquisition marks a strategic move to expand Kersia’s presence in the hygiene and food-safety solutions space across the Greek and Balkan markets.
