Walless has advised Nordwood on its acquisition of Flexa Eesti from Flexa4Dreams. KPMG Law advised Flexa4Dreams.

Flexa Eesti is a furniture design manufacturer that was previously part of Denmark’s Flexa4Dreams group. According to Walless, as part of the transaction, Nordwood takes over two manufacturing sites and integrates more than 100 employees into its operations. The acquired company will now operate under the name Thuka Nordwood.
The Walless team included Partners Rolan Jankelevitsh and Kuldar-Jaan Torokoff, Senior Associates Liina Kais, Margus Koiva, and Riin Rehepapp, and Associate Laura Melk.
The KPMG Law team included Attorney at Law Sandra Metsamart.
