Sorainen has advised Tallinna Lauluvaljak, the owner and operator of the Tallinn Song Festival Grounds, on the review and update of its standard contractual documentation.
According to Sorainen, the venue, a nationally significant cultural landmark with a capacity of up to 100,000 people, is best known for hosting the traditional Estonian Song Festival as well as major international concerts and large-scale public events.
