AKL Law Firm has advised Alpha Bank on the financing for Legendary Food for the Stoa Arsakeio redevelopment project in central Athens. KBVL reportedly advised Legendary Food.
According to AKL, the transaction supports the transformation of the historic site into a dynamic hub for gastronomy, culture, and commerce, spearheaded by Legendary Food. The project aims to breathe new life into the nearly 200-year-old architectural monument.
The AKL team included Partner George Zohios and Associates Georgios Rafail Athanassiou and Amalia Vardakoulia.
