Kyriakides Georgopoulos has advised Frigoglass SAIC on its EUR 10.2 million cross-border acquisition of Provisiona Iberia and Serlusa Refrigerantes, based in Spain and Portugal, respectively.
According to KG, the two companies operate under the Interbeverage Services brand and specialize in the marketing and servicing of commercial coolers across the Iberian Peninsula.
In 2022, Kyriakides Georgopoulos advised Frigoglass on debt and capital restructuring financing (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on December 9, 2022). In 2017, KG advised Frigoglass on the completion of its previous debt and capital restructuring process (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on November 2, 2017).
