APTIQ Legal – the legal division of boutique consultancy APTIQ Global – has announced it is joining forces with the office of Bucharest lawyer Diana Dinu Dobrin and the Gal Ghilasi Procopciuc law firm in Brasov.
APTIQ Global provides professional services such as audit, legal, M&A, tax and accounting, IT, and human resources. It also has offices in Stuttgart, Milan, Barcelona, Madrid, and Zurich.
Dinu Dobrin specializes in administrative, tax, and commercial litigation. She founded her law office in 2016. Before that, she spent one and a half years with Reff & Associates, first as an Associate and then as a Senior Associate. Earlier, she spent three years with NNDKP, which she joined in 2011.
Gal Ghilasi Procopciuc is a Brasov law firm established by former NNDKP lawyers who left that team back in 2020. Gal Ghilasi Procopciuc Founding Partner Sandor Gal specializes in litigation and arbitration with a focus on corporate, commercial, IP, and labor matters. Before establishing his own firm in 2020, he spent 13 years with NNDKP, where he headed the firm's Brasov office.
