Former Victor Stanila Law Office Managing Partner Victor Stanila has joined BNT Gilescu Valeanu & Partners in Bucharest as an Of Counsel to coordinate the firm's Capital Markets projects.
Stanila has 17 years' experience in capital markets and finance as a law and economy double major. Before joining BNT Attorneys, he spent five years at the helm of his own office, established in 2019. Before that, he was a Lawyer with Ferariu si Asociatii, where he spent two years. Earlier, he spent six and a half years with Tradeville, leaving as its Head of Compliance, two years as a Compliance Officer with Vanguard Asset Management, between 2013 and 2015, and two and a half more as a Spokesperson with the Romanian National Securities Commission, starting in 2007. He has also worked as a journalist and has held various positions with the local Brokers' Association, since 2013.
