Baciu Partners has promoted Andrei Cosma and Corina Roman to Partner.
Cosma, now a Partner in the Gaming & Gambling Regulatory practice, joined the Simion & Baciu team (now split into Baciu Partners and WH Simion and Partners) in 2019 as a Senior Associate. In 2021, he became a Managing Associate. Before that, he was an Associate with NNDKP between 2015 and 2019 and with Razvan Dinca & Asociatii between 2014 and 2015. Between 2023 and 2024 he also served as a Group Legal Counsel with Fast Track.
Roman, now a Partner in the Corporate, Commercial, and M&A practice, joined the Simion & Baciu team in 2023 as a Managing Associate. Before that, she worked for KPMG Legal as a Managing Associate between 2020 and 2023. Earlier still, she was an Associate with NNDKP between 2019 and 2020 and with Popovici Nitu Stoica & Asociatii between 2017 and 2019.
