Stratulat Albulescu has advised Compagnia Valdostana Delle Acque on its acquisition of Sunnerg Group.
Compagnia Valdostana delle Acque is part of the CVA Group, an Italian renewable energy company. The CVA Group produces about 3 billion kilowatt/hours per year of clean energy.
Sunnerg Group is a general contractor for renewable energy projects, active in several jurisdictions including Romania.
